Nurturing Creative Thinking

A Personalised Coaching Programme to Drive Innovation

Innovation

Innovation is a key driver of organisational performance, contributing to higher competitiveness, productivity, and market growth through new products, services, and processes. Empirical research shows that firms with stronger innovation capabilities tend to outperform their peers on performance measures such as profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge sharing, entrepreneurial orientation, and a supportive culture can significantly enhance innovation performance, which in turn strengthens organisational outcomes. In environments defined by complexity and rapid change, innovation becomes a critical capability that enable organisations to adapt, reconfigure, and sustain competitive advantage over time.

THE CAPABILITY GAP

Whilst organisations may invest in innovation tools and processes, creative capability at an individual level is often ignored rather than developed. As a result, innovation efforts become incremental, fragile, and dependent on a small number of 'creative' individuals.

What makes this programme different

Nurturing Creative Thinking is focused on developing your creative thinking capability in a way that is personal, practical, and grounded in evidence.

Rather than introducing theory or generic tools such as brainstorming, it helps you understand how creative thinking works for you in practice. The focus is on recognising and strengthening your natural way of developing ideas, and applying it to real situations in your day-to-day life.

Over time, you begin to notice your creativity more consistently. It becomes a capability you can rely on. You build confidence in your own approach, and learn to trust a process that continues to develop your creative thinking in a way that is both consistent and sustainable.

What past participants say

“Before enrolling in Nurturing Creative Thinking: Personalised Coaching Programme to Drive Innovation, I was a creative leader caught in the pressure of constant deadlines and familiar routines. I knew I needed to think differently, but struggled to step outside that cycle.

Eitan’s programme helped me pause and reconnect with the value of intentional creative thinking. It gave me the space, tools, and mindset to approach briefs more openly and strategically - leading not only to more innovative outcomes, but also a more efficient and rewarding creative process.

What stood out most was how practical and lasting the experience has been. Even a few years later, I still draw on the techniques and perspectives I developed during the programme. It’s had a meaningful and sustained impact on how I think, lead, and create.”

Lead Designer

"In the workplace, I often felt my creativity was quite limited because I would overthink ideas and focus too quickly on constraints rather than possibilities. This programme helped me reconnect with a way of thinking that felt natural to me, working with something familiar and expressing ideas in a way that was comfortable and accessible.

Having a space where I could explore ideas without judgement, and without the pressure of how others might respond, made a real difference.

Over time, this allowed me to let go of those initial constraints, think more openly, and approach my work with greater honesty and creativity in a way that now feels much more natural and sustainable."

Research Team Lead

"This experience has helped me access my creativity more deliberately and consistently, both in my work and in my personal life. It has given me a clear starting point to develop ideas between sessions, and a way to build on them with intention rather than leaving them to chance.

The coaching created a space that encouraged openness and helped me shape and channel my thinking more effectively.

Over time, I have come to see how important creativity is not just for my role, but for my overall wellbeing, and it now feels like something I can actively nurture and sustain."
